Which repairs are eligible?
Manufacturer warranty repairs and CLIKART-booked paid repairs for devices bought from CLIKART.
Is my data moved?
No. Your data stays on your device. We help you set up the backup with your SIM and cloud account.
What if I damage the backup?
Backups are covered for normal wear. Accidental damage is charged per the published terms.
Is it available outside Cairo?
Currently Cairo & Giza. Nationwide via courier is coming.
