سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال
حقك في الاسترجاع: تقدر ترجع أو تبدّل أي منتج خلال 14 يوم من استلامه، بشرط يكون بحالته الأصلية، بعلبته وكل ملحقاته، ومن غير استخدام أو خدوش.
المنتج فيه عيب صناعة: لو المنتج وصلك فيه عيب، تواصل معانا فوراً. هنستبدله أو نرجعلك فلوسك كاملة، واحنا بنتحمل مصاريف الشحن.
منتجات مش بتترجع إلا لو فيها عيب صناعة:
- الموبايلات والتابلت بعد فتح الـ Seal أو تفعيل الجهاز.
- السماعات الداخلية (In-ear) بعد فتح التغليف، لأسباب صحية.
- منتجات Cli Digital بعد التحميل أو إرسال الكود.
- منتجات Cli Global (طلبات الاستيراد الخاصة).

- هنرد عليك خلال 24 ساعة ونحدد ميعاد استلام.
- بعد ما نستلم المنتج ونراجعه، بنرجعلك فلوسك خلال 7 أيام عمل بنفس طريقة الدفع. الدفع عند الاستلام بيرجع على InstaPay أو محفظة.
مصاريف الشحن: لو الاسترجاع من غير عيب، العميل بيتحمل مصاريف الشحن حسب منطقته (99 جنيه في القاهرة والجيزة، ومن 199 جنيه في باقي المحافظات).
Returns & Exchanges
Your right to return: You can return or exchange any product within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition, in its box with all accessories, unused and unscratched.
Defective products: If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us right away. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the shipping.
Not returnable unless defective:
- Mobile phones and tablets once the seal is opened or the device is activated.
- In-ear headphones once the packaging is opened, for hygiene reasons.
- Cli Digital products once downloaded or once the code is sent.
- Cli Global orders (special import requests).
How to return:
- Send your order number, the reason and photos of the product on WhatsApp to 01554969633.
- We reply within 24 hours and schedule a pickup.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we refund you within 7 business days using the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via InstaPay or mobile wallet.
Shipping costs: For non-defective returns, the customer pays the shipping cost for their area (EGP 99 in Cairo and Giza, from EGP 199 in other governorates).
